eQuality – Pathways to Potential Supports The 5% Campaign.

Older Minnesotans and people with disabilities deserve to receive the care they need for a better quality of life. The 5% is a commitment to quality care that begins to close the gap on a near decade of funding cuts placed on the backs of those who provide care to our most vulnerable population.

We feel the full 5% increase will not only assure that the proper care is provided but that it is being done with the high quality we strive for.
