Sam started with eQuality – Pathways to Potential in March of 2005. He began as a Job Coach and was promoted to Program Coordinator. Sam is responsible for oversight of all of the Lifetime Fitness Clubs as well as handling case management. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Lagos in Nigeria and a Master of Arts in General Educational Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Sam enjoys working at eQuality “because of the style of leadership by those in charge of the organization. They create an environment where staff can succeed and are very concerned and interested in the well being of staff.” Sam likes to see the world, read, watch and listen to the news and documentaries and loves to play and watch soccer. He is married and so far has three beautiful children.
