Kellie has been with UnitedHealth Group for over 5 years and currently serves as VP, People Team for Optum Technology. Kellie has 20 years of diverse human capital experience in large scale global organizations – UHG/Rally, Cargill & NCR. She is passionate about leadership coaching & development, organizational design, talent management and people strategy.  Outside of work, Kellie enjoys time with her family. They are an active family and get much joy out of watching their children play soccer, baseball, basketball and football.
