eQuality - Pathways to Potential provides employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. For businesses committed to investing in their community and willing to think "outside the box", eQuality can provide quality employees in a cost efficient and dependable fashion. Both opportunities include sufficient staffing support to make the employees successful and assure that the employer's productivity needs are met.

Enclave
A group of individuals working with the direct support of a job coach.

Benefits:

• Fewer administrative costs. Individuals are employees of, and paid by eQuality. eQuality pays taxes and workmen's compensation for our associates.
• Reliability. Our groups are dependable and consistent. Through cross-training, work is completed even when regular associates or staff are absent.
• eQuality job coaches are well-trained and effective. They provide training and quality control for their work groups.

Independent
Individuals working directly for your company with support and training from a job coordinator as needed.

• Quality control. eQuality provides on-the-job-training and ongoing support to ensure job success.
• eQuality Job Coordinators are responsive to the needs of employers. They provide initial training and ongoing support, as well as retraining when necessary.
