Andrew started with eQuality in 2010 and is currently employed with eQuality’s United Hardware site. Andrew is a very kind hearted, hard working person, who is loved by all of the staff at United Hardware. When I sat down with Andrew to interview him for this article you could sense the pride that he felt, he knew that his hard work has lead him to become an associate who is valued. This smile that beamed across his face never faded. The conversation started with Andrew explaining what he enjoys about working at United Hardware. “ I really like the people I work with, I see that they are very nice and have become my good friends.” There is no denying that Andrew’ has made life long friendships since starting with eQuality. Andrew and the crew at United Hardware work on collating, filing, running the mail room and printing catalogs,, you name it and this group can do it. “My favorite job is filling. I like focusing and paying attention to the details, it seems like a good challenge for me.” Andrew then went on to described his work environment as “Peaceful” He states “
I enjoy this peaceful environment, it is comfortable and quit.”
Andrew refers to his eQuality job coach, Laura, as his “Big time boss”. Andrew smiles as he describes how it is to work with her “ Laura is a good boss. She is very understanding and is always nice to me.”
Andrew aspires to many things in life but is very happy with his career with eQuality.
